Experience:
- Fresh Graduates (Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred)
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized university
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
Age limit:
- Up to 30 years
- 2 years' age relaxation for the following candidates
- Hafiz-e-Quran
- Those who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah and possess an HEC equivalency letter
- Differently-abled persons
Key Responsibility:
- To provide outstanding 24/7 customer service over the phone.
- Cater to customer's banking requests, answer or escalate customer's queries & process complaints related to products and services.
- Maintain a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and Head Office departments.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in Urdu & English)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Capable of working under pressure and in shifts
